A patient's healthcare journey doesn't always end at the clinic. Sometimes, the next step is seeing a specialist. However, getting there involves more than just a referral. Relevant clinical information needs to be shared, appointments need to be coordinated, and communication between doctors needs to continue.

When patients move from primary to specialist care, their healthcare journey should move forward with them, rather than start over.

That's why we're bringing eReferral into CxRemedi's digital primary care workflow.

Through our partnership with KPJ Healthcare, GPs can refer patients directly to KPJ's network of hospitals, specialists and services, including Centres of Excellence, from within their existing clinical workflow.

With relevant clinical information included in referrals and communication supported between GPs and KPJ's specialist teams, eReferral helps create a more connected pathway for patient care.

Every clinical decision starts with the right information.

But between ordering a laboratory test and receiving the results, manual steps and disconnected workflows can create extra work for busy clinics.

That's why we're bringing laboratory services into the digital primary care workflow through CXDiagnostics.

Through our integration with Premier Integrated Labs (PIL), a member of IHH Healthcare, doctors can order laboratory tests from within the patient's record and receive results directly back into the clinic system.

This helps reduce manual transcription and provides a more streamlined way to access diagnostic information during patient management.

After all, laboratory results aren't just numbers on a report. They're valuable information that helps doctors assess patients, guide clinical decisions and support more proactive healthcare.

A Day to Connect, Share and Move Healthcare Forward.

On 26 September 2026, we came together for the Digital Transformation in Primary Care Symposium 2026, Central Region at Pulse Grande Hotel, Putrajaya.

It was a day of meaningful conversations, new perspectives and a shared belief that the future of healthcare is not just about going digital. It is about becoming more connected.

The symposium brought together healthcare professionals, industry leaders and partners to exchange ideas and explore how stronger connections across the healthcare ecosystem can support better care and a more seamless patient journey.

The day also marked an important milestone for Remedi Innovations, as we officially formalised our partnerships with Pharmaniaga Berhad, Premier Integrated Labs (PIL), KPJ Healthcare and Novo Nordisk Pharma (Malaysia).
