By knees clicking after every workout isn’t a badge of hard training. 🦵⚠️
If you train seriously — squats, weights, running or HIIT — recurring knee pain, swelling or discomfort deserves attention.
Small problems can compound over time:
🏋️ Knees collapsing inward during squats
🏃 Repeated high-impact loading
👟 Poor or unsuitable footwear
⏱️ Not allowing enough recovery between sessions
The dangerous cycle is simple:
Train hard → Knee aches → Rest → Pain settles → Train hard again. 🔁
By the time pain starts affecting every workout, the problem may need more than simply adjusting your technique.
The good news? When caught early, some training-related knee problems can be managed by correcting biomechanics, training load and recovery before they become chronic.
Being fit doesn’t make your joints indestructible.
If your knees keep “complaining” after serious training, get them properly assessed instead of simply training through it.
💬 Comment “KNEE” if this sounds like your training routine.
