My baby is growing well, strong and healthy. 👶🏽
My body will carry this pregnancy safely to full term.
I will not experience compl!cations beyond what God’s grace can handle.

Labour is intense because your uterus contracts strongly to open the cervix and help move your baby down through the birth canal.
As labour progresses, contractions usually become stronger, longer and closer together. Pressure on the cervix, pelvis and surrounding tissues also adds to the discomfort.
But remember, every woman experiences labour differently. ❤️
And mama, you don’t have to “just endure it”, there are safe pain-relief options you can discuss with your healthcare team. 🫂

Yes sir, in fact, you can have intimacy with your wife at any stage of her pregnancy unless her doctor says otherwise probably due to underlying medical issue(s).

In a normal pregnancy, where there is no compliçatioñs, intimacy is safe at any level.

Yes,predicting or influencing whether you’ll have a boy or girl is possible , there are many methods people talk about, but most natural methods aren’t scientifically reliable. ( That does not make them less effective)

Good timing may not guarantee a particular gender but it will increase your chance of getting your desired gender.....

It can happen, and it’s often normal.
Strong contractions, hormonal changes, pa!n, stress, an empty stomach, or some medications can trigger nausea and vomiting during labour.
So if it happens, don’t panic. ❤️ Just let your midwife or doctor know so they can keep you comfortable and hydrated.

A chemical pregnancy is a very early pregnancy loss, usually before or around 5 weeks.
You may get a positive pregnancy test, only for your period to come later, often with bl33ding and cramps. 💔
It can be emotionally paiñful, but it is usually not caused by anything the woman did. 🫂❤️

Have you heard of vanishing twin syndrome?
It happens when a pregnancy starts with two babies, but one stops developing and is absorbed by the mother’s body or the placenta.
It often happens early in pregnancy, sometimes before the mother even knows she was carrying twins. ❤️
Most women go on to have a healthy pregnancy with the surviving baby.

Here’s the surprising part: it can be either o***y! 😮
Your right o***y may release an egg one cycle, and your left o***y may do it in another. But it’s not necessarily a strict left-right-left-right pattern.
So, there’s no way to know which o***y will ovulate just by counting your cycles. 💕

Those sudden shakes or trembling can happen during labour and are usually normal.
They may be caused by hormonal changes, adrenaline, pain, exhaustion, or changes in body temperature.
It doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong. ❤️
But if the shaking is severe or comes with fever, confusion, or feeling very unwell, tell your healthcare provider immediately.
