I went outside with my products… and my customers gave me more than sales.

They gave me information.

“Is the pap clean?”

“Can my baby eat it?”

“I bought beans flour before and it was terrible.”

“I searched for dry beans flour yesterday but couldn't find it.”

And then…

“Beans flour is for lazy people who want soft life.” 😂

I could have taken offence.

Instead, I listened.

Because behind every objection is a reason.

And behind every question is something a business owner needs to understand.

I also had beautiful moments — one customer bought 6 packs of Fruity Pap, some people asked me to come back next Saturday, and others came closer simply because they were curious about what I was carrying.

Don't just tell people what you sell.

Go out.

Talk to them.

Listen to them.

Understand them.

Then build your content and your offers around what you actually hear.
