Position: Corporate Sales Manager

MB&O HMO is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Corporate Sales Manager.

Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years’ experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management (experience in the HMO, health insurance, or healthcare industry is highly preferred)
✅ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
✅ Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
✅ Ability to identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships
✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and customer relationship management skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
✅ Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, or a related field
✅ Professional sales or marketing certifications will be an added advantage

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience
• MBBS & valid medical license
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Telemedicine experience is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct virtual consultations
• Assess patients and provide medical advice
• Refer and escalate cases when necessary
• Maintain confidential patient records
