A bit about me

Hi, my name is Harry, i offer 1 tot 1 meditation and yoga classes for 20 euro and will set up a few group classes shortly.

About me: I am from the Uk and have recently moved to Groningen. I got into yoga and meditation 3 years ago and have since done a number of Yoga and Meditation retreats as well as being a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher. My motivation for becoming a Yoga and Meditation teacher was formed from seeing the benefits in my own life. I was a classic Millenial 9 to 5er whose overall happiness was a 3 out of 10 ( i'm not saying i was suicidal or anything haha, but i wasn't happy). Then my brother introduced me to meditation and i haven't looked back since. I now realise how many problems exist purely in the mind and are not actually real. Say you are going to have a painful conversation with your boss later, how many times do you really need to think of what to say, once? twice? but not the 100 times your mind runs through the conversation. There is a way of living where you remove this unnecessary and painful chatter from your mind and i would like to show you how. I was also the least flexible man in the UK for a number of years (not that i am the most now), but i know what it is like to live with aches and pains and i would like to show you how to make your body feel good and balanced.
