Great feedback from Eivind Skibernes at Telenor, Singapore: "After conducting numerous focus groups with multiple market research agencies, I felt that FocusPad gave us an extra dimension. Not only was it easier to monitor the implementation of each group, but it also gave us as principals the kind of flexibility that we have never had before. Particularly in our ability to ask questions directly to the moderator and being able to influence who in the group we wanted more information from. In other words, we became involved in the interview. This is highly recommended!"
