Are you brushing off your tongue?

Over 50% of bad breath bacteria live right on your tongue, not your teeth!
Brushing your teeth without cleaning your tongue is like taking a shower and putting dirty clothes back on.

Quick 10-Second Fix:
Use a cheap tongue scraper (or your toothbrush).

Gently scrape from back to front 2–3 times.

Do it every morning for instant fresh breath! 🪥✨

🦷 59,000 years ago, Neanderthals may have performed primitive dental treatment using sharp stone tools!

A recent study suggests they drilled infected teeth with sharpened jasper stones — something surprisingly similar to modern root canal procedures. Researchers even found signs that the patient survived long after the treatment.

Dentistry may be far older than we ever imagined. 🔬⛏️

🤷‍♂️Do you Know About Thumb sucking habit.👍
" cute today, costly tomorrow"
That innocent habit may seem harmless, but if it continues beyond 4–5 years, it can lead to:
🦷 Speech difficulties
🦷 Increased risk of infections
🦷 Protruded front teeth
🦷 Open bite & improper jaw growth
The longer it persists, the harder it is to correct.👶

Parents: gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and early dental visits can make all the difference.
A healthy smile starts with healthy habits!

Humans Might Grow a THIRD Set of Teet ! 😳

No implants. No dentures. Just naturally growing your lost tooth again.

Scientists in Japan are testing a revolutionary drug that could make this possible by “switching on” hidden tooth buds in our body. Yes, same mechanism that gave us baby and adult teeth might be activated again.

What’s happening right now:
• Human trials started in 2024
• Early results focus on safety
• Tested on people with missing teeth
• Could expand to children born without teeth

It’s still early and not available yet
But if successful, it may be reality by 2030

Why this is HUGE:
This could completely change dentistry, moving from fill, fix, replace to REGENERATE
No more artificial solutions…
Your body heals itself.

👉 Would you choose to regrow your teeth naturally instead of implants?

$3 Million Breakthrough in Medicine! 🧬

Two scientists, Dr. Stuart Orkin and Swee Lay have just been awarded the 2026 Breakthrough Prize in Life Sciences for paving the way toward a functional cure for deadly blood disorders.

Their research led to the first approved CRISPR-based therapy for Sickle Cell Disease and Beta Thalassemia

•By harnessing gene-editing technology, this breakthrough goes beyond symptom control it targets the root genetic cause of disease.

• This marks a turning point in medicine, where conditions once considered lifelong and fatal may now become curable.

•The future of treatment is here precise, genetic, and transformative.🌍

We are hopeful that in Monday’s full-house meeting of the Education, Health and Medical Education Commission, the long-pending demand for equal stipends for interns will finally be heard and addressed by the government and the Commission.

🧠 “Did Our Brains Grow Because of Sugar, Not Meat?”
A growing body of evolutionary research suggests that early human brain expansion may have been fueled more by carbohydrates than meat.
Studies analyzing dental wear patterns and carbon isotopes in early Homo fossils show frequent consumption of starchy plant foods like roots, tubers, and seeds. These foods, once cooked, provided easily digestible glucose, the brain’s primary fuel.
Anthropologist Richard Wrangham proposed that cooking plant foods increased caloric availability, allowing energy to be redirected toward brain growth rather than digestion.
This challenges the popular belief that meat alone drove human intelligence and suggests that fire + plants may have been just as important as hunting in shaping the human brain.
🔥 Big brain didn’t come from meat alone—carbs and cooking mattered.
