Thank you for sharing my journey Dr Louise Schofield.

My PREKURE journey has been incredible! I’ve met the BEST people along the way, learned, upskilled,
shared and been part of some awesome communities throughout.

I LOVE that the PREKURE journey is ever evolving too - understanding where the need is and working SO hard to make things happen!

For over 30 years, Tara O'Malley built a career in business. Today, she's a Master Health Coach based in Levin, working with people navigating autoimmune conditions and mental health challenges throughout New Zealand.

The final HEAL™ Gut Group of 2026 begins Monday 12 October 🌱

The best part? You’re not doing it alone.

Four weeks of going gently deeper on your gut health, together… live calls with me, a simple framework to follow, lots of yummy recipes, and a warm little community walking alongside you.

Swipe to hear from the last group 👉 Everyone’s journey is their own, but one thing was unanimous: 100% said they’d recommend it to a friend.

This is the last round for the year, and there are just a few spots left. If you’ve been quietly curious … this is your nudge.

Feeling bloated or heavy after meals? Your gut might be craving something bitter.

Bitter foods - like rocket, brussel sprouts, grapefruit, citrus peel and radicchio - gently stimulate your digestion, helping your body produce the juices and bile it needs to break food down. Many people find the result is less bloating and feeling lighter.

This morning I picked a big handful of rocket from the garden, gave it a rinse, and popped it straight into my smoothie … honestly, you can’t taste it under the fruit. A free, simple way to show your gut some love… garden to glass. 🌱

Words like Janelle’s are why I do what I do. 🌱

Janelle came to me navigating an autoimmune condition, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.

Her journey is her own, and everyone’s is different ... but what stays with me is that she left each session feeling hopeful.

The next HEAL™ Gut Group begins Monday 27 July, and there are just a few spots left. If you’ve been wondering where to start or quietly waiting for a nudge ... this might be it.

Two of my favourite things? Ch*****ne & chocolate. 🥂🍫

But here’s a little secret ... you can enjoy that same celebratory, indulgent feeling AND nourish your gut at the same time, with a couple of simple swaps.

🥂 Swap the ch*****ne for water kefir.nz water kefir is naturally sparkling like ch*****ne ... not force-carbonated.
They flavour it with real ingredients only, no fake “natural flavours” ... so you get those bubbles that dance on your tongue, without the gassy, fizzy feeling. And it’s a gorgeous source of the good bacteria your gut loves.

🍫 Swap the chocolate for cacao.
I’ve been loving Uturunku cacao at night ... a warm cacao before bed to help me wind down.

Rich in magnesium and polyphenols, it gives that deep chocolatey hit with a whole lot of gut love ... and no sugar crash.

This is not a sponsored post - I just genuinely love and use these products and wanted to share x

Small, joyful swaps ... that’s the whole idea. 🌱

☕️The coffee timing thing nobody tells you about.
Your morning cortisol is already doing its job … to wake you up.
So that first-thing coffee often buys you a crash later. Try waiting an hour or so and notice the difference.

It’s one of the small, doable shifts inside Gut Friendly Mornings, my new self-paced course. Link in bio to check it out.

Feijoa season .. but make it gut-friendly 🍃

This Feijoa, Fig & Rosemary Chutney is:
- lower carb
- refined sugar free
- fibre rich
- gluten & dairy free

With chia seeds and feijoa skin for natural prebiotics. Balsamic, rosemary and just enough natural sweetness from figs & dates to make it feel rich, tasty and chutney-ish.

Delish - pair it with cheese, grazing platters, beef, lamb, venison, burgers or roast veg.

Proof that supporting your gut doesn’t have to mean boring food.

Would you try feijoa chutney with rosemary?

DM me FIGS and I’ll send you the recipe 😊

Not my usual fizz 🥂😉

Did you know drinks like this are made using water kefir .. so you’re getting natural probiotics alongside something that still tastes yum?

These make an easy swap if you’re after an alcohol alternative, or also as a mixer.

Naturally fermented with real fruit and not pasteurised.. so they’re still ‘alive’.

I was gifted these to try and honestly had a hard time choosing between them … the Watermelon brings that full flavour hit, and the Raspberry Mint is super refreshing ... in my mind, the perfect combo.

Which one would you try first?
