I still have a few spaces available for this upcoming Sundays women’s circle!

We will start together enjoying a cup of cacao, this sacred medicine has been used for thousands of years to open, clear and heal the heart space and connect with the spirit of mother cacao ✨

Next we will move guided breathwork where I will be flowing reiki energy healing. Followed by some Mindful Movement’ a restorative yoga practice moving your body in a way that feels good for you.

Completed with a guided meditation & Sound bath using Australian crystal quartz singing bowls.

This will be a complete mind, body and soul experience that you won’t forget.

Absolutely loved teaching the holiday programme for girls! A big thank you to all the girls that came along and gave yoga a try!

I am really hoping to get some funding to keep the yoga for girls classes going on a regular basis as I had such great feedback!

If you haven’t already I would be so grateful if you could complete this short online survey if you have a girl aged 10+ so I can use this information towards my funding application (link in comments)

Thanks so much! Sonia 🧘🏼‍♀️
