Our Fire & Ice sessions are built around respect, for the space, the experience and the people sharing it.

A few simple habits help us keep everything clean, comfortable and enjoyable:

• Sit on a towel in the sauna
• Shower before entering the plunge
• Stay hydrated
• Be mindful of others sharing the space

We’re taking a short break from Float Therapy, Massage and Overnight Retreats from 30 May–15 June.

There are only a handful of float appointments remaining before we leave.

The good news?

🔥 Shared Fire & Ice sessions will continue to run while we’re away.

If you’ve been thinking about booking a float, massage or overnight retreat before winter really settles in, now is the time.

We’ll be back mid-June, refreshed and ready for another beautiful season at Naked Soul Space.
