Created by Angela Sánchez Ríos and her family to provide highest quality ayahuasca healing experience Marosa is more than just an Ayahuasca retreat center.

We are a healing center. We work with a wide range of plants, discovered and mastered by the Shipibo tradition, to help people with a range of physical, mental and spiritual problems too wide to list here. Marosa Healing Center was created by Maestra Angela Sanchez Rios and her family. Maestra Angela is a specialist in knowing what plant or plants are best for each individuals unique set of problems, conditions and intentions; this is her biggest strength among many. She is a highly respected maestra who has worked at many of the biggest, most expensive and highest rated centers in the world; she decided to start her own center do that she could focus on working with people only for healing. If you're looking to apprentice in plant medicine shamanism, we're here for you too. The best thing you can do for the people you want to help is receive your own healing. 🌿 We’re Looking For A Bilingual Facilitator / Translator 🌿

Marosa Healing Center is currently looking for a bilingual facilitator/translator to join our team in the Peruvian Amazon.

We’re seeking someone who is deeply aligned with this work and feels called to support others in a healing environment.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Speaks both English and Spanish
• Has experience working with plant medicines (ideally in a ceremonial setting)
• Is grounded, emotionally mature, and able to hold space
• Feels genuinely called to support others in deep process work

The role includes:
• Helping facilitate ceremonies alongside Shipibo maestros
• Supporting guests throughout their stay (before, during, and after ceremonies)
• Translating between the shamans, staff, and guests
• Being part of the day-to-day flow of life at the center

What we offer:
• Food and lodging at the center
• Participation in up to 2 ayahuasca ceremonies per week
• A deeply immersive experience in a traditional Shipibo setting

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a meaningful, longer-term relationship with us—not just pass through.
