Last month's Winter Wellness Festival was SUCH a good time! Thank you Raise Fitness & Yoga for having us along for such a special event! We saw new friends, old friends, and q***r friends alike in our chair. 🏳️‍🌈💕

These wholesome hustlers set up a booth of their own, making and selling stickers and other colorful things. Love those kiddos. Snack time to stack time, no one does it better! 💪

✨ Hello beautiful humans! ✨

Two-ish weeks ago, Spite Fitness celebrated its one year anniversary! 🎉 We shared tacos and wellness shots with many of our friends, and several new ones as well. Together with RE•FASCIA, we performed over three dozen chair & table massages! 💪

Thank you to the over a hundred of you who turned out to see the brand-new yoga and dance studio.🤸‍♀️ We're so proud to be a part of such a wonderful community! 💞
