✅ Oo. Ang mga bakunang ibinibigay sa Bakuna Eskwela ay ligtas at epektibo.

✅ Ang mga ito, tulad ng MR, Td, at HPV vaccine, ay hindi mga bagong bakuna at matagal nang ibinibigay sa mga eligible na populasyon.

✅ Dumaan ang mga ito sa mahigpit na pagsusuri upang matiyak ang kanilang kaligtasan at bisa.

Ibinibigay ang mga bakunang ito upang maprotektahan ang mga mag-aaral laban sa mga sakit na maaaring maiwasan sa pamamagitan ng pagbabakuna.

That tiny mosquito can carry a big threat! Don’t wait for dengue to strike. Practice the 4S Kontra Dengue!

• SEARCH AND DESTROY – Eliminate stagnant water where mosquitoes breed. Check tires, drums, gutters, flowerpot saucers, and other water-holding containers.

• SELF-PROTECT – Wear long sleeves and pants, choose light-colored clothing, and use mosquito repellent.

• SEEK CONSULTATION – Experiencing fever? Don’t self-medicate or wait for symptoms to worsen. Seek medical advice promptly. Watch for warning signs such as persistent vomiting, severe abdominal pain, bleeding, or unusual weakness.

• SUPPORT FOGGING – Support targeted fogging in identified outbreak areas when recommended by health authorities. Remember, fogging alone is not enough. Eliminating breeding sites remains essential!

| CONGRATULATIONS, APAYAO FOR STRENGTHENING HEALTHY LEARNING INSTITUTIONS

The Health Promotion Unit of DOH-CAR proudly commends the Apayao Provincial Health Office, PDOHO Apayao, Apayao Schools Division Office, PhilHealth Apayao, and participating schools for bringing health and education stakeholders together to strengthen the Healthy Learning Institutions (HLI) initiative.

This coordination meeting is a meaningful step toward aligning local efforts with the Unified National Agenda (UNA) Para sa Kalusugan, particularly in advancing healthy schools and improving access to essential health services through YAKAP and GAMOT.

Through strong collaboration, shared commitment, and coordinated action, we move closer to creating school environments where health is promoted, protected, and made accessible to every learner and school personnel.

A healthy school is more than a place to learn—it is a setting where health happens! 🌱

Agyaman, Apayao! May this initiative inspire stronger partnerships and sustained action toward healthier learning institutions across the Cordillera Administrative Region.

| HEALTHY LEARNERS, BRIGHTER FUTURE!

Ang bawat bata ay may karapatang matuto, umunlad, at lumaking malusog. Sa pamamagitan ng YAKAP School Health and Protection Program (YAKAP-SHP), mas inilalapit ang healthcare services sa mga paaralan at komunidad—mula sa maagang health screening hanggang sa angkop na referral, developmental care, at therapy.

Dahil ang kalusugan ay hindi dapat maging hadlang sa pagkatuto. Sa pagtutulungan ng DOH, PhilHealth, DepEd, DILG, at mga katuwang sa komunidad, isinusulong natin ang healthy learning institutions kung saan bawat bata ay nakikita, napapangalagaan, at nabibigyan ng pagkakataong maabot ang kanilang buong potensyal.

Alagang pangkalusugan ngayon, mas maliwanag na kinabukasan bukas!

| KALUSUGAN, INILALAPIT SA PAARALAN!

Ang paaralan ay hindi lamang lugar ng pagkatuto, kundi isang mahalagang setting kung saan napangangalagaan ang kalusugan at kapakanan ng bawat isa. Sa pamamagitan ng , mas inilalapit ang primary care, health screening, at angkop na referral services sa mga mag-aaral, g**o, at school personnel.

Dahil sa ilalim ng Universal Health Care, ang maagap na pagpapatingin ay susi sa maagang pagtukoy ng sakit at napapanahong pangangalaga. Kapag mas madaling ma-access ang serbisyong pangkalusugan, mas maraming buhay ang mapoprotektahan!

Isulong ang healthy learning institutions - dahil ang malusog na paaralan ay pundasyon ng mas malusog na kinabukasan.

| HEALTHY STUDENTS, HEALTHY SCHOOLS, HEALTHIER FUTURE!

Ang kalusugan ay puhunan sa pagkatuto at kinabukasan. Sa pamamagitan ng , inilalapit natin ang serbisyong medikal sa mga mag-aaral at school personnel—dahil ang pangangalagang pangkalusugan ay hindi dapat mahirap abutin, kundi madaling ma-access ng bawat isa.

Patuloy nating isinusulong ang UNA for Health: mas malawak na access, mas maagap na pangangalaga, at mas malusog na komunidad. Dahil bawat serbisyong naihahatid ay hakbang tungo sa isang mas malusog na Pilipinas! 🇵🇭

Think before you step in! is an infection caused by bacteria found in water or soil contaminated by infected animal urine, especially from rats.

Avoid contact when possible. If you must enter the water, wear boots and gloves, cover cuts, and wash with clean water and soap afterward.

Watch for fever, headache, body aches, vomiting, or red eyes. If symptoms appear after exposure, seek medical care immediately.
