Please be informed that the following procurement project is now open for Request for Sealed Quotation (RSQ):

Project Title: PR No. NSRC-2025-048 – Procurement of a 24-Port Gigabit Managed Network Switch (Non-POE) to Support IT Infrastructure Growth

Interested bidders are requested to quote their government price, inclusive of VAT, for the following:

1 Lot: 24-Port Gigabit Managed Network Switch (Non-POE)
(Please refer to the attached Approved Technical Specifications for complete details.)

📌 Important Notes:
All entries must be typewritten or printed.

Delivery period shall be a maximum of forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt and acceptance of the Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order.

Warranty shall be three (3) years from date of acceptance by the Procuring Entity, covering replacement, repair, and maintenance.

Price validity shall be at least ninety (90) calendar days.

The following documents must be submitted together with the quotation:

PhilGEPS Registration Certificate

Valid Mayor’s/Business Permit

Original Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (for ABC above ₱50,000)

Business/Income Tax Return (for ABC above ₱500,000)

Original brochures showing product certifications must be submitted.

Bidders must indicate the brand and model number of the item offered.

Bidders must submit brochures and technical specifications of the exact model being offered (applicable to ICT items only).

📌 Other Instructions:
Quotations submitted via email shall not be accepted and will not be acknowledged.

Sealed quotations with complete documents must be submitted to the UP Manila Procurement Management Office (PMO).

Please indicate the PhilGEPS Reference Number and complete project title on the outside of the envelope.

For non-Landbank account holders, payment may be processed via PESONet, subject to bank charges to be shouldered by the supplier.
