Dialysis Head Nurse (RN)
📍 Location : Camarin, Caloocan
💰 Compensation: PHP 45-48K / mo.
📅 Start Date: Immediate

Core Leadership Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, treatment mapping, and patient profiling in the Camarin clinic.
• Supervise, mentor, and foster accountability within a skilled team of renal nurses and technicians.
• Ensure ironclad clinical compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and strict infection control guidelines.
• Manage clinic logistics, including water treatment systems monitoring and inventory control.

Candidate Profile:

• Licensure: Registered Nurse (Active PRC License).
• Experience: 3–5 years of solid clinical dialysis experience + 1–2 years in a leadership role (Charge Nurse/Supervisor).
• Technical Focus: Proficiency in water treatment metrics, crisis intervention, and EMR platforms.
• Availability: As soon as possible.

The Package:

• Base Salary: PHP 45,000 – PHP 48,000 / month.
• Full HMO Cover + comprehensive premium government standard benefits.
• Favorable daytime operation schedules with regular paid rest allocations.
