Minsan, sa dami ng iniisip natin, nakakalimutan nating bilangin ang mga blessings na meron tayo.

Hindi man lahat ng prayers natin nasasagot the way we want, God is still good.
May mga bagay na meron tayo ngayon na dati, ipinagpe-pray lang natin.

So today, let’s be grateful. 🙏🏻

And when God blesses us, let’s not keep it all to ourselves.
Baka yung simpleng tulong, kind words, or even a prayer natin… blessing na pala sa ibang tao.

Be grateful for what you have.
And be a blessing with what God has given you. ❤️

Because sometimes, the greatest blessing is realizing that God can use you to bless someone else. 🙏🏻

Lately, napapansin ko na kapag nagkaka-craving ako for something chocolatey, napapaisip na rin ako sa sugar and calories, especially at my age 😁

Then I discovered this Gᑕ ᑕOᑎTᖇOᒪ – ᑕᖇEᗩᗰY ᑕᕼOᑕOᒪᗩTE❤️
Na attract talaga ako because it’s sugar-free and has whey + casein protein.

So far, I like having it as another option when I want something chocolatey without automatically reaching for sweets. Masarap din pala to combine with coffee, one of my first tries kc coffee lover ako😊

Hindi naman kailangan biglang tanggalin lahat ng gusto natin. Sometimes, small changes lang sa choices natin. 💚
