In support of the Philippine College of Physicians and its commitment to promoting vaccination and reducing vaccine-preventable diseases, the MHARS Medical Center – Internal Medicine Residency Program proudly participated in the P*P Vaccination Campaign through a Vaccination Short Video & Reel Challenge.

Through creativity, teamwork, and advocacy, our residents transformed important vaccination messages into engaging and informative short videos—helping promote awareness and encourage our communities to make informed decisions about immunization.

Nitong Setyembre 1, 2026, ang kalidad ng hangin sa ilang lugar, partikular sa Metro Manila at Occidental Mindoro, ay umabot na sa antas na "lubhang hindi malusog" (acutely unhealthy) dahil sa makapal na usok (haze) na dala ng hangin mula sa mga sunog sa kagubatan at lupain sa Indonesia.

IM Family Team Building 2026 💙

Who knew childhood relay games could leave us more exhausted in our 30s/40s than a whole workweek? 😂 And pickleball? Scored a few points—but definitely said “Sorry!” a lot more. 😅

Behind all the laughs, we were reminded that teamwork isn’t about winning—it’s about encouraging one another, having fun, and growing stronger together.
