Today, we celebrate World Occupational Therapy Day! 🧡

Behind every first spoonful, every buttoned shirt, every drawn line, and every confident “I did it!” is an occupational therapist who believes in a child’s potential.

To our OTs at Sandbox Clinic-Clark: thank you for turning small, everyday moments into big milestones, and for walking beside our children and their families every step of the way.

To the parents and caregivers: you are part of this journey, too. 🧡

“When ‘I Can’t’ Becomes ‘Let Me Try.’”

Meet Alyanna Marie P. Tadeo, OTRP: Occupational Therapist and Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy graduate of Angeles University Foundation.

For T. Yanna, helping children participate in everyday life also means helping them believe in their own abilities. Through purposeful play, manageable steps, and the right level of support, she gives children the chance to make choices, solve problems, and experience success on their own. She also partners with parents and caregivers so confidence and skills keep growing beyond the therapy room.

Thank you, T. Yanna, for showing us that every “I can’t” can become a “let me try” when children feel supported. 🧡

“Beyond the Milestones: Celebrating Progress that Matters.”

Meet Nathalyn Gulle Galitguit, PTRP: Physical Therapist, Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy graduate of Angeles University Foundation (2023), Physical Therapy Licensure Examination board passer (2023), and Dynamic Movement Intervention Practitioner.

After more than two years in practice, T. Nat has come to believe that pediatric physical therapy goes far beyond achieving developmental milestones. For her, it is about creating meaningful opportunities for children to participate, connect, and discover their potential, and seeing each child as a whole: their strengths, challenges, interests, relationships, and the environments where they learn and grow.

Thank you, T. Nat, for showing us that the progress that matters most goes far beyond the milestones. 🧡
