Hyperleukocytosis with left shift in Myeloid Series. Bimodal Myelocytes (Neutrophilic & Eosinophilic), Promyelocytes, Metamyelocytes, 6% blast cells, neutrophilia and eosinophilia.
Findings are suggestive of Myeloproliferative Neoplasm - CML. Advised clinical correlation and cytogenetics (BCR-ABL).
