Best wishes and prayers for Omer-e-Rawan's continued success ahead.

Even with prior knowledge of health and wellness, Saima Wahid found the ASPIRE Project's five-day campaign remarkably refreshing. The sessions reignited her passion and gave her practical ways to apply what she learned, proving that even seasoned educators benefit from revisiting the basics.

Renewed perspective. Practical impact. That's the ASPIRE advantage.

Behind every healthy student is a need that was noticed, understood, and cared for.

A health concern can begin quietly. Difficulty seeing the board, a change in behaviour, or a concern that goes unnoticed can affect how a child learns, participates, and feels at school.

At Omer-e-Rawan Foundation, our work brings health and well-being closer to students, helping identify concerns early and connect them with the care and support they need. Every screening, conversation, and intervention is a step toward healthier school communities where students can learn, grow, and thrive.

Help us reach more students with the care they deserve.

What does it mean for a child to live with Marfan Syndrome?

For children like Sara*, it can mean physical limitations, regular medical monitoring, and care that continues through childhood.

At Omer-e-Rawan Foundation, we believe no child should face these challenges without access to the care they need.

Read Sara's story to understand how Marfan Syndrome affects children and how your support can help.

Donate today to help provide essential medical care and support.

Clear vision is an important part of a child’s learning journey.

When vision concerns go unnoticed, they can affect a student’s ability to read, participate, and engage in the classroom. Early screening can help identify these concerns and connect students with timely care.

In collaboration with Allah Walay Trust, Omer-e-Rawan Foundation held a Free Eye Camp at Islamabad College for Girls (ICG), F-6/2, providing eye checkups and free glasses to students and community members.

The camp was another step toward making essential healthcare more accessible, helping students see clearly, stay engaged, and make the most of their time in the classroom.

Support our work to bring healthcare closer to more students.

Mrs. Rabia Mustafa from G-6/1 campus has trained with Omer-e-Rawan before but the ASPIRE Project offered something new. This time, both students and teachers were in focus. She gained invaluable insights and is already planning to bring these practices into her classroom starting today.

Learning that transforms. Action that begins now. That's ASPIRE in motion.

When students have a voice in conversations about their well-being, schools can better understand how to support them.

At IMSG (I-X), NHC School, 359 students participated in ASPIRE across two screening days, sharing perspectives that contribute to a broader understanding of their school experience.

Through its focus on Agency, Safety, Positivity, Inclusion, Respect, and Equity, ASPIRE aims to strengthen the way we understand and support student well-being.
Omer-e-Rawan is proud to be part of this effort with FDE and NUST, helping make student well-being an essential part of the education conversation.

Together, we’re helping create spaces where every student feels heard, valued, and supported.

Every student deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for, especially when things feel difficult.

On World Su***de Prevention Day, Omer-e-Rawan Foundation reaffirms our commitment to creating safe spaces where students can talk openly about their mental well-being and reach out for support without fear of judgment.

Check in. Listen with compassion. Reach out when support is needed. No student should feel alone.

For sports teacher Mrs. Nimra Mushtaq of IMS G-6/3, the ASPIRE Project's five-day campaign was a revelation. Covering teacher and student wellbeing, nutrition, and inclusion, the sessions resonated deeply especially the nutrition awareness, which she found directly connected to her work with young athletes.

Empowered educators. Healthier students. That's the ASPIRE effect.
