The joyous Karachi wellness festival opened the doors of wisdom for all. Its insightful contribution to our lives refreshed us last weekend, from live music to yoga and meditation, trauma to dance therapies, artwork to music, parenting styles to child education, creative writing to mind-relaxing sessions, and myriads of activities. The festival was a great source of learning for individuals having sedentary lifestyles.
The two-day event at Veritas learning circle encompassed UNSDG 3: Good health & well-being and demonstrated that wellness is a holistic responsibility of a community and primary practice for all. Indigo takes pride in its partnership with the Karachi Wellness festival and anticipates similar encouragement programs for communities.
