I consume a lot of honey and dealing with tons of it I enjoy our own including Kalonji which we import from Saudi Arabia
And the Acacia hives from Iran.
Most favourite is Manuka!
I noticed mine is soft and runny at room temp yet solidified in the cold or fridge. Our Beri Sidr doesn't do that it remains liquid all around.
We supply over 100kg Acacia at times to bakers.
Any adulteration causes bread to split so we need to be very vigilant in packing it.
This Jar came home with me with me from the UAE
