World Parkinson's Day is observed on April 11th every year to raise awareness about Parkinson's disease, a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement. In Pakistan, an estimated 200,000 people are living with Parkinson's disease, and the number is expected to increase with the ageing population.

Pakistan has a high burden of non-communicable diseases, including Parkinson's disease, which is often not diagnosed or treated properly due to a lack of awareness and resources. Parkinson's disease can be managed effectively with medication and therapy, but access to healthcare services is limited in many parts of the country, especially in rural areas.

On World Parkinson's Day, it is important to raise awareness about the disease and encourage people to seek medical help if they experience any symptoms. The most common symptoms of Parkinson's disease include tremors, stiffness, and difficulty with movement and coordination.

ویکسین ہارے مدافعتی نظام کو مضبوط کرتی ہے جس کی وجہ سے بہت سی بیماریوں سے محفوظ رکھتی ھے اس لئے اس بیماری سے بچنے کے لیے ویکسینیشن ضروری ہے
اگر ہم سب لوگ پہلے والے حالات میں جانا چاہتے ہیں تو ویکسینیشن کروانا ضروری ہے جس سے ہم اپنے بچوں، اپنے گھر، اپنے خاندان ، اپنے رشتے داروں اور عزیز واقارب ، اپنے محلے داروں کو اس بیماری سے محفوظ رکھ سکتے ہیں جس سے نہ صرف ہمارہ بلکہ پورے پاکستان کا فائدہ ہے

I Am PALESTINE

I’m a land of Prophets, the first Qibla of Muslims Al Aqsa Mosque is located here; so my land is dearest to all the Muslims around the planet, their emotions are tied to me, but only emotions. I’m under disaster, occupied, and humiliated since 1948. My people are bleeding and exuding, losing their body parts and loving ones; and the whole Muslim World is entangled in diplomatic negotiations. World peace development organizations are silently supporting Israel’s terrorism.
Today I have no personal army to defend my land, Holy places, and innocent lives but the Muslim world especially Pakistan to whom I’m beloved has power but of no use. The beloved Qibla is under bombardment and the Muslim community has nothing to do without condemnation. What type of affection it is which has no warmth? What type of love it is which can’t make you feel the pain of your brothers and sisters? What type of brotherhood it is which can’t shatter your heart seeing your nation in troublesome? For what purpose your power is if you can’t help someone at the time of need?
How would you feel when your place of peace and security becomes the most terrible and dreadful? How would you withstand when you see your Holy place burnt out in front of your eyes? How would you react when you are offering prayer in the safe zone and eventually you are killed by troopers? Have you the stamina to smile while oppressed by armies? No, no one has the vitality to see his children and beloved relatives be murdered brutally. No one has the courage to see his enemies occupying his homeland and demolishing his towns.
There is the pessimistic, that I always feel when my natives are being pulled out of their houses; when they are being murdered in front of their children. Sadness, when I see the children who have to rise and flourish, is no more. The children murdered in Gaza, they were not terrorist. Melancholy that the young generation is lost in a struggle that is decades old and may continue for decades more. They lost the tenderness and warmth of family, relations, and connections. Bearing the settlement of enemies in the place of their own houses.
I feel the absence in the presence as there is no existence of Palestine on the world map, embracing the uncertainty at every moment. I feel lost without my Jaffa which is occupied by opponents but still, I keep the hope of my eternity. They can steel my seas, pieces of homeland, bombard my people, humiliate my natives, but can’t steal hope and faith of my people. This is a battle of right and wrong; oppressor and being oppressed. It will continue until the last breath of the last Palestinian; the mission of getting rid of these Zionists and extremists will be achieved. This war will continue till the Bait-Ul-Qudus is all Islam.

کرونا جو کہ آج ایک عالمی وباء بن چکا ہےجس نے تقریباً پوری دنیا کو اپنی لپیٹ میں لے لیا ہے۔ اتنا سب کچھ ہونے کے با وجود کئی لوگ کہتے ہیں '' آخر کرونا ہے کیا؟ " سائنس کی رو سے دیکھیں تو یہ ایک وائرس ہے جو کہ کسی انسان یا جاندار کے سیل کے ساتھ جڑ کر بہت تیزی سے نشونما پاتا اور پھیلتا ہے۔یہ وائرس ہمارے پھیپڑوں کو بری طرح متاثر کرتا ہے۔جس کے باعث سانس لینے میں دشواری ہوتی ہے ۔یہ وائرس عموماان لوگوں کوہوتا ہے جن کا مدافعتی نظام کمزور ہوتا ہے۔ان دلائل کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے ہم کرونا کو تسلیم کرنے پر مجبور ہیں۔
مگر! آج بھی ایسے لوگ موجود ہیں جو کرونا کو اب بھی وہم اور دماغی دباؤ کا باعث قرار دیتے ہیں۔ان لوگوں کا ماننا ہے کہ انہیں کرونا کبھی ہو گا ہی نہیں اس کے برعکس کچھ لوگ اس قدر دماغی دباؤ کا شکار ہیں کہ انہوں نے ٹھان لی ہے کہ اب موت اسی وباء سے ہی آئے گی ۔
یہ وباء پھیلی کہاں سے؟
ماہرین کے مطابق یہ وباء چین کے شہر ووہان میں چمکادڑ کے کھانے سے پھیلنا شروع ہوئی جو کہ ایک انسان کے دوسرے انسان سے باہمی تعلقات کے باعث پھیلتی ہے۔اور آہستہ آہستہ یہ ایک عالمی وباء بن چکی ہے۔
کرونا کی روک تھام!
پہلے پہل جب اس بیماری کا کوئی علاج نہیں تھا تب اس وباء کی روک تھام صرف چند احتیاطی تدابیر کے ذریعےسے کی گئ جن میں سے چند ہیں:

_ماسک پہننا
_ سماجی فاصلہ رکھنا
_بار بار ہاتھوں کودھونا

_ خود کو اور ماحول کو پاک اور صاف رکھنے کی کوشش کرنا
_ گھروں سے بے جا باہر نکلنے پر پابندی

ان تدابیر پر عمل کیا تو گیا -مگر بہت کم! اس کے علاوہ لوگوں میں غذا کے حوالے سے شعور پھیلتا گیا ۔لوگوں نے غیر متوازن غذا کا استعمال ختم کر دیا۔جس کی وجہ سے پہلی لہر خاصی خطرناک ثابت نہ ہوئی ۔
ممالک جہاں کرونا وائرس نہیں ہے.
ایسا بالکل نہیں ہے کہ کرونا سے نہیں بچا جا سکتا بلکہ ایسے 15ممالک موجود ہیں جن میں آج تک ایک بھی کرونا مریض نہیں پایا گیا۔ ان میں سے چند کے نام ہیں:

ترکمانستان
تونگا
نارتھ کوریا
نارو
کیریباتی
میکرونیزیا
کوک آئی لینڈ
امریکن سامووا

کرونا کی اس لہر میں احتیاطی تدابیر!
موجودہ صورتحال کے مطابق کرونا بہت تیزی سے پھیل رہا ہے۔اور یہ کرونا کی تیسری اور سب سے خطرناک لہر ثابت ہوئی ہے مگر اب لوگوں میں کرونا کا ڈر ختم ہو چکا ہےکیونکہ اب ویکسین یعنی وباء کا علاج دریافت ہو چکا ہے اور لوگوں میں عمر کے تعین سے لگائ بھی جا رہی ہے ۔اب یہ ہم پر لازم ہے کہ ہم ویکسین لگوائیں ۔اور احتیاطی تدابیر پر عمل بھی ضرور کریں ۔یعنی

_ ماسک پہنیں
_ سماجی فاصلہ رکھیں
_ بار بار ہاتھ دھوئیں

_ وجود کو اور ماحول کو پاک وصاف رکھنے کی کوشش کریں
گھروں سے بے جا نکلنے سے گریز کریں

کرونا ویکسین کے خلاف افواہیں:
لوگوں کاکہنا ہے کہ کرونا ویکسین لگوانے کے بعد بھی کرونا ہو سکتا ہے۔جب کرونا ویکسین کے باوجود بھی ہو سکتا ہے تو ضروری وقت کا ضیاع کرنا ہے۔ اس سے بہتر ہے کہ ویکسین نہ ہی لگوائی جائے۔
حالانکہ ماہرین کے مطابق بہت کم کیسز میں ایسا ہونا ممکن ہے۔اس کے علاوہ لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ ویکسین لگوانے کے بعدکرونا ہی کی علامات واضح ہوتی ہیں مگر عالمی ادارہ صحت کے حوالے سے چند لوگوں کو ویکسین لگوانے کے بعد تھکاوٹ، بخار، بدن میں درداور سردی ہوتی ہے ۔کیا ویکسین کرونا سے محفوظ کرتی ہے؟
لوگوں کے ذہن میں سوال آتا ہے کہ کیا ویکسین وائرس سے محفوظ کرتی ہے یا نہیں؟
جواب میں ہم کہہ سکتے ہیں نہیں مگر یہ کرونا کی نشونما اور اسکے پھیلاؤ کو کم کرنے میں موثر ہے ۔ماہرین نے یہ ویکسین حقائق کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے بنائی ہے کہ کرونا وائرس انسانی جسم یا کسی اور جاندار کے سیل کے ساتھ جڑکر پھیلتا ہے.اسی حقائق کو سامنے رکھ کر ویکسین بنائی گئی ہے جو کہ اس وارٔس کی جاندار اشیاء کے سیل کے ساتھ جڑنے کی سکت کو ختم کر تی ہے۔جس سے وائرس زیادہ نشونما نہیں پا سکتا۔
کرونا ویکسین کی عوام کے لئے ضرورت:
ویکسین ہمارے عوام کے لئے بہت ضروری ہے کیوں کہ ہمارا مدافعتی نظام کتنا ہی مظبوط کیوں نہ ہو ہم کم تر ہیں۔اس لیئے ہمیں ویکسین ضرور لگوانی چاہیئے ۔ویکسین لگوانے سے کئی لوگ ڈرتے ہیں مگر انہیں معلوم ہونا چاہئے کہ '' احتیاط علاج سے بہتر ہے۔'' ہمارے عوام پہلے بھی انہی سب افواہوں کوسن سن کر پولیو ویکسین کو نظر انداز کر تے آۓہیں اور اب تک پولیو وائرس کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں جبکہ یہ وائرس پوری دنیا سے ختم ہو چکا ہے
ان معاملات پر تبادلہ خیال کرنے کے بعد ضروری ہے کہ ہم کو شکست دیں۔کیونکہ کرونا وائرس پولیو وائرس سے بے حد خطرناک ہے ۔حکومت نے بھی مختلف سطح پر ویکسین لگوانے کے لئے ادارے بنا دیے ہیں۔حکومت کے مطابق سب سے پہلے ویکسین بڑی عمر کے لوگون کو لگائی جا رہی ہےکیوںکہ ان کی قوت مدافعت بہت کم ہوتی ہے۔اس کے علاوہ ویکسین چھوٹے پیمانے پر بیچی بھی جا رہی ہے ۔
اب یہ ہم پر لازم ہے کہ ہم اپنی عمر کے مطابق ویکسین کے شیڈول اور اھتیاطی تدابیر پر عمل کرتے ہوئے اپنی ویکسینیشن کروائیں ۔تا کہ ہمارا ملک بھی کرونا سے پاک ملک بن سکے۔

With Israel's occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip being in its 53rd year, the Israeli–Palestinian dispute is one of the world's longest-running conflicts.
The conflict's violence has been the subject of multiple international conferences dealing with historic rights, security challenges, and civil liberties in a region rich in historic, cultural, and religious sites, and has been a factor impeding tourism in and general access to intensely contested areas.
Palestine is immersed in blood once more, and its people are forced to grieve and carry the small coffins of their children. Although some would refer to the current violence as a "conflict" between Israelis and Palestinians, it is more accurately described as Tel Aviv's war machine's one-sided assault on the Palestinian people.
Months, if not years, had passed since Israel had shamelessly taken the Arabs' land and humiliated them. When Jewish settlers in occupied East Jerusalem organized provocative marches and began encroaching on Palestinian homes in the holy city's Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
And how has the rest of the world reacted to this newest controversy? There has been mostly silence or half-hearted requests from the authorities to end the "violence."
The bilateral relations between Pakistan and the de jure State of Palestine are referred to as Pakistan–Palestine relations. On January 31, 2017, the Palestinian Authority opened an embassy in Islamabad. 1st Pakistan remains a strong defender of the plan for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, and does not admit Israel in adherence with its pro-Palestinian philosophy.
PM Imran Khan strongly condemns the Israeli police onslaught on Palestinian worshippers at Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa Mosque during the May 2021 crisis. Imran Khan, Pakistan's Prime Minister, also urged the international community to act quickly to support Palestinians and their legal rights.
So, along with the political peoples some individual citizens of Pakistan have been raising their voices according to their perspective not only to save the Muslims but for the humanity. Individual with different cities of PAKISTAN took the step ahead to stop the attack or demolishment in GAZA.
Faisal Edhi, the head of the world's largest humanitarian organization, revealed he had applied to the Palestinian embassy in Pakistan for a visa to visit the country and assist its inhabitants who are being targeted by Israeli forces.
During a protest in Karachi, Pakistani celebrities voiced their voices in support of Palestine. The stars were seen holding posters that stated unequivocally that Israeli injustice must end.
