1. Eat enough calories. Please!! If you’ve been trying to lose weight and have been in an extreme deficit, there’s a high chance that you are facing hair loss.
2. Eat enough protein. Aim for 1.6-2.2g/kg bodyweight daily. Also, protein powders are an easy way to incorporate protein in your diet.
3. Get your Iron and vitamin D levels checked and supplement as required.
4. Start with any good multivitamin and take it every other day.
5. Avoid (as much as you can) hairstyles that are too tight or require heat.

Mug Cake:

Ingredients
• 1 tbsp. All-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp Baking powder
• 1 pinch of Salt
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 10 gram Milk chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Add all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug. Then give the dry ingredients a good mix. (You can also use brown sugar instead of white to provide the cake with a nice gooey texture)
2. Then add in the milk, vanilla essence, and oil. Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated. Finally, mix in some milk chocolate chunks into the batter. And microwave for 1 minute.
3. Take it out of the microwave oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!!
