✅30 gms kidney beans salad for lunch
✅100 gms cucumber with 30 gms hummus (mashed chickpeas blended with lemon juice, & garlic)
✅100 gms cooked white rice + 3 egg whites
masala for dinner
✅Finish it off with Ajwain water

My mother is gluten intolerant, so she is allergic to gluten/wheat. This recipe helps her alot. She takes it everyday as her breakfast and lunch. It’s super healthy, has 3 main nutrients (good carbs, protein and fats). It also helps in reducing weight.😉
You will only need 3 ingredients.
⭕️Ingredients
1 cup oat
2 cup milk
2 eggs
🛑Instructions:
Add your oat, milk, and egg. Mix everything in a blender. Cook with coconut oil for 2 minutes each side.
