⚖️ ہائی کورٹ نے قرار دیا کہ مالیاتی ادارے کے قرض کی واپسی کے لیے دیا گیا چیک ڈس آنر ہونے پر، اگر معاملہ مالیاتی اداروں کی وصولی کے آرڈیننس 2001 کے تحت آتا ہو، تو دفعہ 489-F تعزیراتِ پاکستان کے تحت ایف آئی آر درج نہیں ہوسکتی۔ عدالت نے ایف آئی آر خارج کرتے ہوئے بینکنگ کورٹ میں شکایت دائر کرنے کی اجازت دے دی۔
