MOVE UP competition started in Buchares between our seniors from District 2, 3 and 6

📣 This October, the MOVEUP Project will bring partners, participants and stakeholders together in Brussels for its Final Dissemination Event.

💙 Taking place on 13 October, the event will be an opportunity to reflect on the MOVEUP journey, share results and experiences from across the project and discuss what we have learnt about making sport and physical activity more inclusive for people living with chronic health conditions.

The afternoon will look back at MOVEUP in action, explore the resources and lessons developed through the project and create space for discussion on how these approaches can support more inclusive opportunities for physical activity beyond MOVEUP.

🏃‍♀️ Summer is in full swing, and so is MOVEUP – Je Bouge Pour Ma Forme in Brussels!

Our Belgian project partners have kicked off the summer edition of the programme in Brussels, bringing together people living with type 2 diabetes and other chronic health conditions to enjoy inclusive physical activity in a welcoming and supportive environment.

💙 Hear from previous MOVEUP participants, along with coaches Mia and Sabine from Liège, Belgium, as they share their experiences of the programme. Discover how MOVEUP has helped participants build confidence, improve their wellbeing, make new connections and rediscover the joy of being active. Mia and Sabine were trained through MOVEUP's Train-the-Trainer model and are now supporting others to enjoy the benefits of inclusive physical activity.
