A cancer diagnosis can change so much about a person's life. But it doesn't necessarily mean exercise has to stop.
For our client, exercise was something entirely new. He had never trained before his cancer diagnosis, but today, movement has become a consistent part of his life, even while undergoing chemotherapy.
Exercise during cancer treatment isn't about pushing limits or achieving personal bests.
When appropriately prescribed and adapted, it can help manage cancer-related fatigue, maintain muscle strength, preserve physical function and support quality of life.
And for him, the difference has been something meaningful — feeling stronger and more capable in everyday life.
Because the goal isn't simply to get stronger in the gym. It's to help people feel stronger and more capable in their everyday lives, even through cancer treatment. 🤍
