Singapore may not have crunchy leaves or sweater weather (and with the haze lately, we’re definitely not getting that crisp autumn air), but who says we can’t have a taste of the season?

With our boss soon heading somewhere between coffee, sunshine and Spain, we’re borrowing a little inspiration from the season and bringing it back to our tiny corner of Jalan Sultan.

Introducing our 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗨 — two new sips, a little autumn magic.

𝙎𝙋𝙍𝙊 𝘿𝙀 𝙋𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙀
Espresso, sparkling apple juice and a dusting of cinnamon. Bright, bubbly, apple-forward, with a coffee kick.

𝙎𝘼𝙇𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙈𝘼𝙋𝙇𝙀 𝙎𝙋𝘼𝙉𝙄𝙎𝙃 𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙀
Espresso, condensed milk, maple syrup, milk and Himalayan sea salt, finished with a touch of cinnamon. Sweet, creamy, maple-kissed, with just the right hint of salt.

We’re proud to collaborate with 𝘽𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 (.breadsg) on a special 𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗢 𝗞𝗢𝗣𝗜 𝗕𝗨𝗡, created especially for 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙚 𝘿𝙖𝙮 — while joining their Monthly Specials line-up.

Think fluffy, buttery shiopan, generously filled with creamy espresso cream cheese, then finished with a familiar, nostalgic coffee crust that brings everything together.

For the coffee component, we’re using our house blend, specially sourced from Curate Coffee Roasters (), home to a three-time Malaysia Brewers Cup Champion — because even our bread deserves a proper coffee moment.
