Always grateful and humbled to have helped someone. Know you have an impact on the people around you. Respect that. Respect yourself and know your own value.

Years ago I had a bicycling accident that resulted in me being very afraid of going at speed. In Bali, my fear manifested itself in panic on my first and only attempt to drive a motorcycle. A change of context can make a difference in confronting some learned fears. Somehow the ocean gave me confidence to try jetskiing. How do you learn through your fears?

I learned a lot from this snake.

i was walking on a clear path and turned my head for a few seconds. something told me to look at the path and this snake was crossing it. he looked me in the eye.

i flinched - i am nervous around snakes. seeing my reaction he quickly moved on. later i warned a lady coming the opposite way about him and she was so curious she tried to grab his tail. he ran.

i learned that my senses are sharp enough and i can trust them. i also learned that sometimes nature offers a moment of connection. without being disrespectful, you can be invited to share presence and you need not fear. i have a ways to go as a student of shamanism.

i was too slow to take a picture of the full snake - but reaching for my camera first was besides the point. treasure encounters respectfully and wisely everyone. nature is a wonder.

Crystals call to you as more than just tools or decoration. They call to you to invite you to learn from them.

Crystals are healers, teachers and record keepers. They belong to a clan long in memory and mystery.

Crystals are part of the Stone People - the nation born from Mother Earth’s bones.

There are secret codes in each of them - and a special message for you.

Come join me on 7-8 February to learn more about the unique relationship you can form with a group of crystals that can empower your 2026.

With loving thanks to Helen Forty helen_crystal_winds for her guidance and sharing.

With deepest apologies I have to cancel tonight's Mystic Monday . Regretfully I have a fever and I think it would be best for both the staff, the patrons and myself to focus on recovery. We all want to do our best and go all out, and sometimes the Universe gives a little feedback about timing.

Take care of yourself and I look forward to seeing all of you around.
