We're looking for a dedicated Mental Health Counsellor to provide on-site wellbeing support in a professional workplace environment.

📍 Location: Bali, Indonesia (On-site)
🗓 Work Schedule: 5 days/week | 8 hours/day
🌙 Shifts: Rotatable shifts, including night shifts

Key Qualifications:
✔ Degree in Clinical Psychology, or related mental health field
✔ Minimum 1 year experience providing counselling support
✔ Familiarity with CBT, ACT, and evidence-based interventions
✔ Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
✔ Fresh grads are welcome!

We are looking for passionate Counselors / Psychologists to join our growing mental health team in Da Nang.
📍 Da Nang, Vietnam
🗓️ 5 working days/week (shift-based)
🌙 Occasional night shifts may be required, with rotating weekly days off.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional psychological counseling and therapeutic support using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT).
- Support clients experiencing stress, emotional difficulties, and crisis situations in a confidential and supportive environment.
Develop individualized intervention plans and monitor client progress.
- Participate in mental health promotion initiatives, prevention programs, and wellness workshops.
- Collaborate closely with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team to support employee wellbeing.

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in individual and/or group counseling.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and commitment to ethical practice.
