We feel our most authentic self when we act with integrity in alignment with our values, passions, beliefs, and motives, while embrace vulnerability with sincerest honesty.
When we are genuine in our demeanor others feel empathy from you as well as for you. This gifts others to know, you are a safe place for them to peel back their layers and be raw in their authenticity too….
At times standing confident in authenticity can appear to be intimidating, as we boldy affirm our truth this can mirror to others in our genuineness to be true to oneself without pretenses or attempts to fit in and this can make others feel self-conscious about their own lack of integrity, self esteem, insecurities choices and imperfections. All of this can stem from our past experiences that trigger to us to shut down when we have spoke our truth because it was not safe to be genuine, thereby creating fear based self preservation of inauthentic characteristics, attitudes, and behaviors in order to feel secure in one’s identity. Sadly this leads to dissonance feeling lowly self regard, shame and guilt that creates falsehoods of layers upon layers around our beautiful authentic souls.
Embracing our authenticity boosts self-confidence. It empowers us to make choices and decisions that align with our core being, pursuing our passions and goals, living intentionally true and joyful.
Self love is acceptance. The ability to be true to thy self is the most loving and empowering stance we can take to living intentionally and unapologetically blissfully authentic!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for allowing me to be authentically me, fulfilling my passionate purpose, as I follow my soul’s dharma (calling). True success is in the fulfillment of giving generously, while working diligently. I am graciously humbled, as I successfully inspire and empower others to relinquish their BS, awakening into pure bliss through impactful yoga and health coaching.
I have always had a passion for health, fitness, and overall wellness. I was known as the “teenage girl” at my local gym growing up. I was all about being stylish in my spandex bodysuit, leggings with my hair scrunchy and leg warmers! I loved to experiment with making healthy meals. Thankfully, my dad enjoyed my creations. I thought I was “healthy.” I was choosing the “fat free” craze. OMG, the processed, chemical sugar laden sh$t storm that I was creating internally! I was vegetarian so of course that means “healthy”, right? No! I had stomach issues with bloating and discomfort. I ended up having high cholesterol at 33 years old. It is hereditary, however I knew I had to take responsibility and educate my self. I became a sponge, soaking up all the knowledge and wisdom I could about proper nutrition. I thought my fruits, vegetables, yogurt, spaghetti and breads were okay, until I read the ingredients. It was a light bulb, ah moment. I was poisoning my self. I then began sharing the good news! I was empowered! Friends, family and people I would just meet would consistently ask me tons of questions, as well as to “personal train” them. I would say I don't have a certification. They would say “you are so knowledgeable and passionate that is more then enough credibility...” My kids were little, so I thought “maybe in about 6 years I can get certified and do what I love to do...”
Well, when living intentional in a frequency of being so full of passion, look out and be ready for the magic to push you forward into your dharma when you least expect it! My dear friend asked me to join a local women’s only gym with her. After two weeks attending regularly the director came to me and said “you need to be teaching... you are making a huge impact here and I don't think you realize it.... “ she was my angel, nudging me to not wait, to say YES and make it happen, NOW!!
February 2006 I received my first certification for Spinning with Mad Dogg Athletics. I was hooked! March 2006 took my first yoga training through Yogafit where I would continue to receive my 200 hour RYT. I received my AFAA group fitness and personal training certification as well. In 2009 I attended The institute for integrative nutrition and became a certified Holistic Health practitioner. I received my 300 hour advanced yoga certification through Dorje Yoga. I am continuously reading books, watching podcast, and attending workshops to keep myself challenge to know the cutting edge information be my best self. I had found myself doing what I love to do and feeling amazing doing it! The best part has been all the beautiful souls that I would meet along my journey!
I have been extremely blessed to incorporate traveling this incredible planet along my path which has allowed me to evolve, exponentially through my adventures. I feel such immense appreciation and gratitude to be inspired to inspire others to live their best life authentically and wholeheartedly to the fullest happy and healthy!
