I'm so grateful for the opportunities I have through what I do. My mission is to help others feel safe in their bodies, to heal, to reclaim their power, relax, to bring their inner child into their embrace, and remember who they were before the stress, the trauma, and the burnout. And I get to see people rise above nearly everyday through Reiki. I'm so happy that I get to be here and hold space for you to become who you are truly meant to be.☺️💚

Welcome to my page! I'm so excited you're here, and I'm looking forward to working with you☺️ I've worked hard to create a safe space for others to put down all of their worries, heal, reset, and come home to the present.

There's a lot that goes into each session, including all of the love and peace that I have to offer, but all you have to do is breathe and let your mind and body relax. I'll do the rest!

Root chakra sessions don't just heal the present. they heal the past, too. because when you heal yourself, you're healing many generations as you break yourself free from limiting beliefs and patterns that stop with you. but it also reconnects you to the wisdom and strength of the ones who came before you, so that you can embody that in your life. healing starts with you, and the generational pain ends with you.💚⭐

"I am rooted."
"I am safe."
"I am a continuation of the strength of my lineage."

It's officially my favorite season, and it's also finally cooling down enough to get back to my Reiki in the Park sessions, where I help you reconnect with Mother Earth through a grounding meditation as you receive the powerful Life Force Energy through Reiki.

I'm starting a healing series that focuses on the root chakra. The root chakra represents safety, home, stability, security, and survival. This is where we store the stress of finances, relationships, predictability, family, and many other things. But it's also what keeps us rooted in our ancestry, whether that means repeating generational trauma or embodying the strength of our grandmothers and grandfathers.

Root chakra sessions help you return to your body, reconnect with mother Earth, channel the wisdom and strength of your lineage, but most of all, it is to help you remember what "safe" feels like.

In a world where constant rushing is or normal, Reiki helps you slow down and to come home.

Reiki has taught me many things. I created a safe space where you can sit with pieces of yourself you once avoided... Only this time, with acceptance.💚
