What if your symptoms aren’t separate problems?

You gained 15 pounds.
You’re exhausted by 2 PM.
You’re waking up at 3 AM.
Your anxiety is worse.
Your brain feels foggy.
Your periods have changed.
And suddenly your workouts aren’t giving you the same results.

It would be easy to look at each symptom individually.

Weight → eat less and exercise more.
Fatigue → get more sleep.
Anxiety → manage your stress.
Period changes → probably your age.

But what if we put all of those pieces on the table at the same time?

Could hormones be contributing?
What does your thyroid look like?
Are you iron deficient?
How is your metabolic health?
Are medications contributing?
Are you getting enough protein and nutrients?
What is happening with sleep and stress?
Is there something else we haven’t considered?

Sometimes there isn’t one single answer. And sometimes the first thing we investigate isn’t ultimately the cause.

That’s okay. Healthcare is supposed to involve investigation.
