💜 WORLD SU***DE PREVENTION DAY 💜

Today, let’s make an effort to spread a little more kindness.

Your challenge today: Give 5 different people a genuine compliment.
It can be a stranger, a coworker, a friend, a family member, or someone you simply cross paths with.

Tell someone:
✨ “You’re doing a great job.”
✨ “I’m glad you’re here.”
✨ “You have a great smile.”
✨ “I’m proud of you.”
✨ “You make a difference.”

You never know what someone is silently going through. A kind word won't fix everything, but it can remind someone that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

5 people. 5 compliments. 5 opportunities to spread kindness. 🩵

And remember: if you or someone you know is struggling, reach out, listen, and encourage them to get support. Asking someone if they’re okay can be the beginning of an important conversation.

LET'S BE THE REASON SOMEONE SMILES TODAY.
💛 WE RUN ADEL — COMMUNITY • KINDNESS • CONNECTION
