Most moms worry about milk supply. Not making enough milk is a perceived problem., not an actual milk supply issue. Trust your body. Trust your baby.

What is your favorite part of nursing?

Hello, everyone. I just want to thank you for your continuous support to Mother's Arms.
Please be sure to refer your friends.

Milk can be stored in the refrigerator safely for 3-5 days. Place milk in freezer right away if you plan on freezing it. Milk may be kept in a refrigerator freezer for 3 months and a deep freezer for 6 months (-20 or less). If you plan on using the milk within 4 hours hours, you can keep it at room temperature. Place milk in coldest part of freezer or fridge (in the back). To warm/thaw, place milk in warm water. Thaw in container in which it was frozen. NEVER microwave breastmilk. Do not refreeze thawed milk. Use thawed milk within 24 hours. If any mama out there needs more info or assistance breastfeeding, feel free to call or send a message.
