Do you get angry when someone doesn't co-operate with you? Anger is a normal and even a healthy emotion. But at the same time it is extremely important to deal with it in a positive way.

Dementia is a very big problem that’s becoming bigger every day.

Did you know?

Eating sugar and refined carbs can cause pre-dementia and dementia. But cutting out the sugar and refined carbs and adding low fat plant based meals can prevent, and even reverse, pre-dementia and early dementia.

Simply get rid of the processed stuff and put in the natural unprocessed foods.

During my nursing practice with patients, I realized that they are missing major areas of well-being. I was inspired to establish Healthy You Lifestyle Center so that I could provide comprehensive care for the internal and external well-being of individuals. My soul felt passion pushed me beyond the corridors of my profession, and had a calling to make a difference in people’s life, that has brought me to the present moment seamlessly.

My commitment is towards helping clients develop life-long healthy habits. I help create the best versions of YOU to succeed. As a wholistic Faith Community nurse, I will be a light to those in darkness.
