I have been practicing nursing for over 25 years in various medical disciplines. I am a Certified lifestyle coach, Faith based Community nurse and Certified Case Manager.
During my nursing practice with patients, I realized that they are missing major areas of well-being. I was inspired to establish Healthy You Lifestyle Center so that I could provide comprehensive care for the internal and external well-being of individuals. My soul felt passion pushed me beyond the corridors of my profession, and had a calling to make a difference in people’s life, that has brought me to the present moment seamlessly.
My commitment is towards helping clients develop life-long healthy habits. I help create the best versions of YOU to succeed. As a wholistic Faith Community nurse, I will be a light to those in darkness.
