Family Support Group — TUESDAY 630-730pm South Anchorage
For families and caregivers of a loved one with a developmental disability — including families navigating mental health needs alongside it.
What to expect:
• Free — always
• A small group, usually 8–12 people
• One hour. We start on time and we end on time.
• Confidential — what's said in the room stays in the room
• Volunteer-led, peer to peer — not a class, not therapy
• For families and caregivers
No sign-up, no commitment to come back, and you never have to say a word. Plenty of people come the first time just to listen.
Message us for the address — we'd love to save you a seat.
We fill a gap in support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—those who cannot live fully independently but do not require 24/7 supervision or medical care provided by assisted living facilities.
