When you come to HobanPT, you get time. Our visits run 45 to 60 minutes, one-on-one, so you have our full attention, and we can listen to what’s really going on and build a plan around you, not around a schedule.

We also do things a little differently. We don’t stop at where it hurts. We take the time to look at how you move and what’s really driving the problem, because the why behind the pain is what shapes your plan.

Nobody tells you how many boxes come with opening a clinic.

Tables, equipment, furniture, supplies. Every piece had to be unboxed, assembled, and put exactly where it belonged. And somewhere in all that cardboard, a cabinet piece got tossed out. Yes, we climbed in after it.

We could have called it a bad day. Instead, we laughed. Building something from the ground up takes a lot of hands, a lot of patience, and a few hiccups along the way.

But the boxes were never really about the building. They were about YOU. Every room is a place where we’ll listen, take the time to understand what’s going on, and build a plan for moving forward.

Before the treatment tables arrived, before the finishing touches, and before we welcomed our first patient, we sat down and put into words what we wanted HobanPT to stand for.

We talked about the care we believe people deserve, the kind of team we wanted to build, and the standards we would hold ourselves to.

Those conversations became our manifesto.

Now that our doors are open, these words mean even more. They're the commitments we want to live out every day, with every patient and with each other.
