Our monthly Women’s Circles are back! ✨🌝 Come join Monday, September 28th from 5:30-7:30pm to come together in a small, intimate gathering with women in our community.

Women’s Circles include mediation, share circle, journaling and soooo much more. It’s a really special event & I’d love for you to be a part of it 🫂✨

Join me at The Center on Saturday, October 3rd from 11-12:30pm for Discover Your Dosha: an Introduction to Ayurveda ✨🌿 open to all who are interested in learning more about their own Dosha and learn simple Ayurvedic practices to enhance your own overall balance and wellbeing.

A dosha is one of three fundamental biological energies in Ayurveda, the ancient traditional medicine system from India. According to Ayurvedic theory, these three energies shape every person’s physical, mental, and emotional constitution. Learning more about your Doshic type, and recognizing imbalances based on your Dosha will help you understand how to bring healing, balance of energy to your mind, body and spirit.

Hi there 🌼 Just wanted to share that Island Aura will be taking a pause for the next few months!

Over the next 6 months I will be getting an Advanced Esthetician License & I’m excited to see where life will take me after that. 🧖‍♀️✨

My hope is to return to teaching yoga, farmers markets and more women’s circles once I have completed my program.

For now, my only continuing offering is Full Moon Women’s Circles 1x a month at The Center of Anna Maria Island from 5:30-7:30pm. You can register by calling the Center directly.
