Yesterday’s workouts consisted of a HIIT outdoor early morning kick-start ~ link included below! Later we got to swim, complete a HIIT boot camp circuit at #hardcorefitness with a 5 circuit rotation (4 rounds @ each circuit 40sec. on, 20 sec. rest)! We immediately did a :30 spin class called ROAD RAGE!
