After more than three decades of caring for patients, Dr. Sonya Eiben is preparing for a new chapter.
Dr. Eiben will retire from clinical practice on January 7, 2027, after 34 rewarding years in Internal Medicine — including more than 20 years as part of the PCAA family.
In 2006, PCAA welcomed Internal Medicine to our practice with the addition of Dr. Dernlan, Dr. Johnson, and Dr. Eiben. Since then, Dr. Eiben has cared for generations of patients, sharing in their happiest moments, walking alongside them through difficult ones, and building the kind of lasting relationships that make primary care so meaningful.
We are incredibly grateful for the knowledge, compassion, and dedication Dr. Eiben has brought to PCAA and to the countless patients and families she has served. Her impact reaches far beyond the exam room, and we will certainly miss having her here.
Most of all, we want to congratulate Dr. Eiben on her retirement and thank her for the many years she has given to our patients, our practice, and our community. We hope this next chapter brings her plenty of time to enjoy all that lies ahead.
For Dr. Eiben’s patients: a letter was mailed last week with information about transitioning your care. Drs. Theresa Moks, Brandon Bukovitz, David Cupp, and Eric Rojo are currently accepting new patients and would be happy to continue your care. Our Patient Services team is also available to help with the transition at 920-996-1000.
Congratulations, Dr. Eiben. THANK YOU for 34 years of caring, listening, and making a difference. We are so grateful you have been part of PCAA. ❤️
