The Red Tent Day Retreat is coming up on Saturday, October 17th.

This first retreat in our seasonal series is centered around Winter: Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine.

Winter asks us to slow down.
To turn inward.
To listen.
To release.
To stop forcing ourselves to keep blooming when our body is asking for rest.
This retreat is a sacred space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, their feminine wisdom, and each other.

Throughout the day, we will move through:

✨ Winter Workshop: Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine
✨ Embodied Alchemy
✨ Reiki-Infused Guided Journey Sound Bath
✨ Journaling + Sharing Circle
✨ Tarot Readings
✨ Feminine Art Creation
✨ Dinner + Community
✨ Release Ceremony + Closing

This is not a day about fixing yourself.
It is a day to come back to yourself.
To soften.
To be witnessed.
To reconnect with the parts of you that have been buried under responsibility, over-giving, survival mode, and constant doing.

Wednesday yoga at Snohomish Running Company is about more than stretching. We work on mobility, stability, balance, breath, recovery, and reconnecting with the body in a way that feels supportive instead of forced.

Some weeks are slower and more restorative. Some are more active. But every class is built around helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and more supported in your movement.

Join me Wednesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM.

Tomorrow night, the Red Tent opens.

On Saturday, September 26th from 6:30–9:00 PM, we will gather at Embodied Family Wellness in Lake Stevens for a sacred evening of connection, reflection, and remembrance.

This month, we are moving through a guided journey to awaken the Wild Feminine within.

This will be a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, journal what comes through, hold space for one another, enjoy snacks, and sit in sisterhood.

You do not need to show up perfect.
You do not need to know anyone.
You do not need to have anything figured out.

Just come as you are.
