Can anyone recommend a take out/ fast food restaurants that offer soy free options for kids. We’ve struggled to figure out take out / delivery options for our family with a soy allergic little one! Thanks in advance!
STOCK EPI IN VIRGINIA?!?!! Hi guys, This is Brett from the Northern Virginia Food Allergy Group. You know how AED machines are now available in public places to help people in emergencies? Why not Epinephrine? One of our group's co-founders is working on a "stock epinephrine" law which would make epinephrine available in public places, and she needs our help. Do you have a story we could share? As background, Virginia is one of the few states that does not have a stock epinephrine law. Maryland is debating a similar bill, after a father suddenly died in front of his children when he unknowingly ate an allergen at a public venue. Having epinephrine on hand could have saved his life. We're hoping to prevent such an episode here. Thankfully we don't have a tragedy to motivate us, but we do need your experiences to bring the issue to life. How could stock epinephrine help you or your child? Please email Brett at [email protected]
I am looking for a pediatric allergist who is knowledgeable in food allergies.
Has anyone used this with Peanut /Tree Nut allergy? Thanks!
FYI: I received this email notice today regarding Wegmans pasta.
This saddens me! No matter how much we train our kids, danger is lurking around the corner. 😟
I support you and your children. Many others out there do too. Please share this interview I did with a Loudoun mom to help us generate greater empathy for children with severe food allergies. Share with teachers and school administrators too.
Looking for advice for the static!! I am not sure what to do or use to get rid of it. I have tried some dryer sheets but with skin issues for some in home. Not sure the best route.
Hello! I joined LAN recently but have so far been unsuccessful at accessing the forum. I've also been unable to reach anyone about resolving that problem by using the "contact us" template on the webpage. Can someone here point me in the right direction with a name and email address of who to contact? Please feel free to private message me! Thank you!
