Great night at the Fall Football Festival and. Terraces dinner. Fall is in the air, college football starts soon, golf is cool and pleasant, and hunting seasons coming! Life is good!

I’m glad to be heading to Paris to cheer on my daughter in the marathon and support so many athletes and parents who’ve worked for decades to get there. The Olympics are a great place to make friends, forge peace, and celebrate athletic excellence.

Please pray for our two sponsored African Children, Joshua and Helen. Below is an update from our NGO, First Love International. Kenya is at a breaking point over excessive Government taxes.

(From our NGO)

“We head to Nairobi a week from Friday. That country needs prayer. Tomorrow is scheduled to be the largest protest in their history. It reminds us of our own Boston Tea Party. The government is taxing the people almost beyond what they can bear. Their proposed taxes would add insult to an already greatly hurting economy. Chris told us that even the churches yesterday came out against the proposal. Let’s hope and pray things don’t get more violent than they already have.”
