So grateful, she came exactly one week before my bday 🥹 ❤️🥰 Happy Birth Day to me and Happy Born Day to my baby girl Mina 💕 she is the sweetest thang and we are starting to see so many other sides of her as she steps into 2 years here.

Mothers should be celebrated too on their babies birthdays 🙏🏾 honor the portal 🌀🤲🏾 shower the child and the mother with love ❤️ since becoming a mother and deeper into my journey, I have a newfound love and respect for motherhood itself.

This birth was so serene! I will share her birth story on my YouTube channel and update in my stories when it's posted. 🌸

Let's keep it real cute❤️ real respectful of one another's choices mmmmkkk?!

Because I could throw shade just the same and it wouldn't land as softly. Let's just be appreciative of the roles everyone chooses for their life. Not everyone is destined to be a mother. Not everyone has the desire, the capacity, the grit, the support, the patience. Some women want their freedom, their sleep, their relationships to not be changed 😂😂 and that is valid... but also, if you have some trauma around children, then just work on that 🙏🏾

But some of us...we want everything that comes with children ❤️🤲🏾 and we will not judge anyone else for their life choices.

My babies are reiki children 🌀🌀 when a mother undergoes reiki attunement, she is gifted a medicine that lasts a lifetime and beyond. This means that when she births her babies, they also are genetically attuned to this vibration ✨✨✨✨ this is another reason why I teach and encourage women to become attuned & certified in healing practices such as reiki 🤲🏾

At any given moment, I can recharge my self so that I can keep on showing up through my day ❤️🤲🏾🌀

I am trained and teach others to master naturopathic reiki, which is a specific branch of reiki that hones in on other holistic approaches to healing energy. I'll be posting daily reiki videos for the collective to tap into as we grow with this energy we are all experiencing within and outside of us.

It is best to stop and be still, breathe deeply, and tune into your own voice when receiving reiki because the energy is simply creating an opening for your own spirit.
