Right in the Community

Right in the Community Services for families with children and adults with developmental disabilities Founded in 1956 by families of children and adults with developmental disabilities, we have spent over 50 years serving Cobb County's special needs community.

Previously known as Arc Cobb, we have changed our name in 2007 to more appropriately reflect the way we feel about services. We believe that services for people with developmental disabilities should be offered right here in the community and not in an institution or segregated facility. We believe that our family members have a right to live, work and play right here in our community. And, that's where we are...Right in the Community.
