It’s interesting how the little things in life can make us stop and reflect. 🌿❤️
Yesterday morning, I walked outside and noticed a little green frog on one side of my doorway and a spider on the other.
Now, anyone who knows me knows I HATE spiders! 😂 But instead of reacting with fear, I got curious and decided to look up the symbolism.
🐸 The green frog: Transformation, growth, abundance, and new beginnings.
🕷️ The spider: Creativity, patience, and weaving the life we want to create.
🚪 The doorway: Transition and stepping into a new chapter.
I couldn’t help but think about my own journey personally and as a business owner.
Over the years, I’ve taken risks, built businesses, experienced successes, made mistakes, and navigated plenty of challenges.
And the more I grow and my businesses grow, the more I realize that growth isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it requires difficult decisions, letting go of things or people that no longer align, and trusting ourselves through uncertainty.
What stood out to me most was my reaction to the spider.
The spider hadn’t changed. My perspective had.
And isn’t that so much of what life is about? Learning to see challenges differently and finding opportunities where we once saw obstacles.
I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on my life and businesses, the people I surround myself with, and what I want this next chapter to look like.
Maybe it was just a frog and a spider hanging out by my door. 😂 But I chose to find meaning in it.
A reminder that growth isn’t just about what we accomplish or how successful our businesses become. It’s also about who we become along the way. ❤️
I still hate spiders, though! 😂
