We are delighted to share that JoiViva Foundation is now officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization!
Receiving our 1023 approval is a massive milestone in our mission to expand sustainable, accessible, high-quality healthcare across our entire community.
This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication, vision, and guidance of our Founding Board. Thank you to each of our board members for laying the groundwork for sustainable community health and standing behind our vision from day one.
By building a robust nonprofit MSO model, we are removing administrative burdens and creating a sustainable infrastructure so our clinical partners can focus on what matters most: delivering compassionate, equitable care to every patient.
